Returns Policy

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, and take every care to accompany you through the ordering process. Capsa is made to order and we do not produce or keep any stock outside of the customer orders placed directly with the designer. In order to make sure you get the size and model that is right for you, please do not hesitate to contact us on contact@capsaparis.com should you have any questions before placing your order.

    However, if you change your mind for any reason you can simply return your item(s) to our studio in Paris, France for a full refund or store credit of the item’s value within 15 days of the purchase date. Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Garments purchased as "by special order only" will receive a partial refund only. We do our very best to communicate extensively with you in order to ensure you will receive a style you will love. During this process, we discuss your measurements for the best possible fit and answer any questions you may have.

    If for whatever reason you change your mind after the order is processed you may only be refunded 60% of the total amount. The remaining amount is used to cover our costs.

    The exception to this is if the dress is damaged in which case you will receive the full amount.

  • To make a return, simply email us at contact@capsaparis.com.

    Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to send your order back to us.

    Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. We do not provide prepaid return labels, so you will need to organise this with your local courier. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by CAPSA

    Please note that original shipping charges and taxes/duties are non-refundable.

  • RETURNING CONDITION

    Item/s must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    If you have received a faulty item please email us a photo or video to contact@capsaparis.com, so that we can assess the fault. If deemed faulty, we will replace the faulty item if stock is available, or provide a credit note or refund.

    Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.

    FINAL SALE ITEMS

    For any items purchased as final sale, these styles are not eligible to be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange, unless the items are deemed faulty.

    EXCHANGES

    We do not offer exchanges, however you are welcome to return a full priced item for a refund and re-purchase a new order if stock is available.

Taxes & Duties

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

  • We currently offer shipping within EU with La Poste Colissimo.

    La Poste is France's national postal service provider.

  • SHIPPING OUTSIDE EU
    At the present moment we are only able to process orders within the EU through our website. Please contact us directly on contact@capsaparis for orders outside the EU

    All our online payments are currently processed through PayPal.

    We are working to add additional payment methods as soon as possible - however at present our website is only able to process our online payments this way.

    »by special order« products will be processed through email invoice
