Sculptural Wrap Top in Jet Black

Sumika and Heather are both 163 cm’s and wearing the black top in a size S - which is a size up from their regular - for a slightly voluminous look.

Apolline is wearing the yellow print top true to her regular size in S, and the blue print top in M for a slightly oversize look.

The top measures 60 cm’s in length at the back in a size S.

The silhouettes of Capsa’s sculptural cotton pieces were developed in collaboration with French modéliste Claire Barraud, using her subtle touch and extensive experience working in French fashion and haute couture.

The garments are made to order in Paris using local ateliers. Benefitting from the historic savoir-faire of Parisian ateliers not only means proximity to production and maximal attention to detail but also minimizes unnecessary shipping, pollution or wastefulness.

Capsa is slow fashion made to order and functions through a trunkshow system.

Pieces are presented on our website available for pre-order for a limited time. When you shop, you are placing a personal order directly with the designer.

At the end of the trunkshow period orders are passed on to our manufacturing partners in Paris and Lyon. Pieces are produced only in the sizes and colours specified by our customers – reducing waste and over-production to a minimum. 

Pieces are delivered directly to customers upon completion of production, 4–12 weeks after end of trunkshow period. 

Please note that the nature of made-to-order fashion compels us to leave a slightly wider time window to allow for unforeseen circumstances in production and avoid unnecessary disappointment – however we will always aim to deliver your purchase at the shortest delay possible.

Payments on our site are processed through PayPal – most major credit cards are accepted and do not need to be linked to a PayPal account.

Items are shipped 4–12 weeks after closure of “trunkshow” period.

We will always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible – but we leave a slightly wider time window to allow the made-to-order production cycle to take place correctly, and avoid unnecessary disappointment.

We send all EU orders through the French post “La Poste – Colissimo” delivery system – tracked packages delivered directly to you, or at your nearest pick-up point.

We are working to add international shipping to our website as soon as possible - however at present we are not able to process international shipping online. We thank you for your patience with this issue.

Payment of all international customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, shipping fees, import duties and taxes are non refundable upon return of an order.

FREE PICK-UP

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, and take every care to accompany you through the ordering process. However, if you change your mind for any reason you can simply return your item(s) to our studio in Paris, France for a full refund or store credit of the item’s value post marked within 15 days of the delivery date. Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

The exception to this is products bought from the »by special order« section, which will receive a partial refund only.
